DELIVERY

Our products will be shipped directly by SEUR (dpd group).

You will be informed about the status of your order to get an idea of when you will receive it.

In addition, we will give you a tracking number when the item is shipped so you can track it online.

UK Shipping

Orders over 220 € have free shipping.

If your order is less than 220 € you have to pay the shipping costs

• 10€ per order.

• From 01/01/2021 onwards an extra charge is due on receipt of the order for customs clearance.

• 5-6 working days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays).

International shipping

Carriage costs relating to countries outside the UK are specified below:

• Western Europe : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, France and Luxembourg. Carriage costs: 16.50€ < 200€.

• Eastern Europe : Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Latvia, Romania, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and Sweden. Transport costs: 22€ <300€.

• Southern Europe : Serbia and Bosnia. Transport costs: 33€ < 500€.
