In case the product doesn’t adapt to the customer’s needs. The customer has 14 days from the delivery of the product to initiate the shipping process. In this way, the charge of this process must be paid by the customer.

In turn, Global eCare Corporation will be responsible for possible errors in the delivery system only when these are due to an error on our part. If an order is returned by an error on our part, we will assume the corresponding charges and we will send it again without additional charges. Otherwise, the company won’t be responsible for the errors caused in the delivery system when it’s due to the customer registration (erroneous address, incomplete or incorrect postal code). The order can’t be delivered to an unknown address. In this way, the distributor company will forward it back to us. The customer will have to pay the shipping charges again if he wants us to send it back. The first shipping charge won’t be refundable under any circumstances.
Global eCare Corporation takes its responsibility for wellness and satisfaction of its clients very serious. To ensure that our products have premium features, we need to be strict and cautious about our refund policy.
For health, hygiene and use reasons, several products won’t be returned unless they are sealed and in their original state without exception.
All products belonging to the bath, chiropody, incontinence and woman categories as well as all the pillow and cover range from the catalog are not refundable under any circumstaces for the above reasons.
Furthermore, refunds belonging to the products of these subcategories are not admitted either such as: wheelchair protectors, sanitized heel protectors, elbow pads, anti-bedsore sheets, kiowas, boots, knee pads, heel pads, mittens and mattresses.
In this sense, special custom-made products ordered to the company are not refundable. The refund of these products is not available because all these products are ordered directly to the fabricant specifically upon request to a specific client and therefore, once the product is manufactured including all the economical and additional efforts throughout the process.
