How do I place an order?

You can place an order order from any product’s page by clicking on the button "Add to cart", which will place the item in your shopping cart. Then, you will have the option to "Continue Shopping" or "View cart and Buy it Now ".



Which credit cards and debit cards do you accept?

Orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. The payment process will be completely safe via SagePay and Paypal. 



How do I know my credit card information is safe?

We process all our card payments by using Sage Pay. In this way, we do not receive nor store any of your card information. Sage Pay's system is an Payment Card’s Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 - the highest level. Therefore, you can be confident that your private information will be stored throughout a safe and secure system. 



Do I need to log in or create an account?

No, if you are a particular customer, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account.  If you are a professional, you must be logged in.



When will I receive my order confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email when you complete your order. When you confirm the order, we will begin the order process.



Will I be contacted about the current status of my order?

We will contact you depending on your order. In this way, we will have to consult the product’s characteristics if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if you have ordered footwear or a custom made item. Otherwise, we won’t contact you, other than to confirm your order by email.

I can't find the product I need.  What can I do?

If you can't find the product you need using our search facility, then please contact to help you. 



What are the business hours of your customer service?

We are available Monday To Friday from 9:00 AM to 14:00 PM and from 16:00 to 20:00 PM.



How can I check the status of my order?

Sign in to your account here (https://www.globalecare.co.uk/store/en/my-account) and by clicking on “my orders”. The status of each order will be shown immediately.
